Its been a fantastic Easter break. So much has been happening. Lots of lovely family visiting. At the beginning of the holiday, my mum in law, Audrey came down. The weather was amazing. We all went to Margate. How can you go to Margate, without visiting Dreamland. The girls went on a few rides. They loved it. I couldn’t believe how beautiful the weather was. Perfect weather to be beside the seaside.
We looked round the lovely shops. I love the vintage shops in Margate. I have bought so many lovely dresses. It was great to see so many people all around Margate. Playing in the sea, sitting outside, eating ice creams and Cockles. We visited the Tate Modern. Walked along the seafront. The girls paddled in the sea. I loved it. Perfect day.
At the weekend it was Easter. The girls has lots and lots of Eggs from friends and family and the Easter bunny. The weather wasn’t great so the Easter bunny hid the eggs around the house. I think the girls found the eggs in record time.
The girls feeling very happy after finding all the Easter Eggs from the Easter Bunny. Surprised the girls with some cute Easter chicks.
The girls made this brilliant cake for their School cake competition. So yummy. Well done girls.
Then we were all off to Chatham Dock Yards. We always have a great day there. There is so much to do.
Having fun at Chatham Dockyards.
We went to Tilbury Docks with our friends. We took some fantastic photos. My step daughter and Son, Alice and Louis came down. I was very excited, because that week I bought my new car, and Audi A5 convertable. I went to pick it up with Jim and Louis. I said goodbye to the Lexus, hello Audi. They love the car. Every time we get in the car, the twins say, can we have the roof off. The school run has been fun. The great thing was, since I have bought the Audi the weather has been beautiful, so the roof has been off the whole time. I love my car.
Fun at Tilbury Docks.
